Easter 2022

“I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead...” Eph 1: 19.

Today we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Saviour. After being crucified, Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead on the Third Day.  Jesus was not resuscitated…he was resurrected…never to die again. We know that no power on earth can raise a person from the dead.  Only God can do such a thing.

According to the Scriptures, that same Resurrection Power now flows from God into the lives of his people. Today that power flows into the dead areas of our lives…relationships, fears, addictions, sickness, worry…bringing restoration and renewal.  However, one day that power will be fully released in each of us and we too will rise again from the dead, never to die again. Life overcomes death!
