I will fear no evil: for thou art with me

There is no place in the universe that you can go and escape the presence of God. Old grumpy Jonah tried to escape the presence of God but he soon found out God was with him, even in the belly of a great fish.

Your circumstances and your feelings are not the indicators of whether God is with you or not.

God is with you because he is your Shepherd. God is with you because he promised that he would be with you.

So, if you feel like everything is against you…remind yourself that God is just a prayer away.

If you fail and sin…remind yourself that Jesus is near you, ready to restore and forgive.

If you feel despair…remind yourself that Jesus is with you to fill you with hope.
