What is Water Baptism?

During our service next Sunday 25th April, we will have the joy of seeing several people baptised in water!

What is Water Baptism?

Baptism is a visual expression of what has happened in a person’s heart when they repented of their sins and placed their trust in Jesus.

A person who gets baptised is declaring before God and the church that they have died to their old way of life (eg. living only for themselves) and they are now resurrected to the new way of life (eg. Following Jesus).

Jesus commands us to be baptised and stand for what we believe.
