What New CG Leaders Can Do? These are suggesions. Your feedback is valued.
(Goal: Making themselves known and building their CG Family)
Be in the Connect Lounge after the Service regularly.
Door Greeters (unofficially.. Not rostered)
Wear their Connect Shirt (when they do (1) and (2). (Coordinator to action)
Connect with those doing Alpha one evening.(Towards end of Alpha course)
How Other CG Leaders can support:
(Sharing of information - informal/causal discussion)
Brainstorm and think if there's anyone that would suit the New CG Leader.
Brainstorm and think who you can recommend who could be a CG Leader and please start sharing names by private messaging CG Coordinator (Me 😂)
Announcements
New Connect Group Leaders are John and Louanne Callaghan. Please get to know them and welcome them to the team and invite people who are looking for a home in their direction.
Feedback about handouts. Please ask again if attendees need handouts for the other sessions (Total pages printed for 5 sessions is like 500 pages doublesided). Am insterstate and unable to do this for session 2- aplogies.
How to Cast the Video: Go to the specific video eg "Be Rooted & Nourished", click on youtube icon on that video and then you open into Youtube channel. Now, look for the "Casting" icon and then cast to your TV screen. If Youtube transcripts pop up click CC to take them off as I have already created transcripts and the two transcripts will overlap.
Finally please maintain your folders. I will ask for them back at the end of the term and create a new set of notes for the upcoming term.
