Happy Mother's Day

If you honor your father and mother, “things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.” Ephesians 6:3.

Today is Mother’s Day! Australia started observing Mother’s Day in 1910.  It is a wonderful tradition that reflects what God desires for each person to do; that is to show honour to our Mum. Now more than ever, in this selfish busy world, we need Mother’s Day to help us show gratitude and appreciation to the one who often gets taken for granted…Mum. There are all sorts of Mothers.  Sometimes grandmothers become mothers to their grandchildren.   Sometimes there are ladies who help mentor, guide and care for us as if we were their children. There non-biological Mum’s. There are spiritual Mum’s.  There are young Mum’s and there are old Mum’s. So, we want to simply say to all of our Mum’s at Real Life Church,     ‘THANK YOU’.
